In the farm's
dining room, an old restored sheepfold, and outside it is possibible to
sample the characteristic dishes of the local cooking. Dishes of a poor
cooking, made of natural produce coming from a local rural economy, still
very widespread in this area. Very good dishes revealing an ancient country
society which, from a few and poor ingredients, has been and is able to
create a cooking simple but very rich in odours, colours and tastes. |
